1. Download the Clean Cloud App

2. Select Strong II Dry Cleaners FRANKSTOWN AVE store.
(this is the only store that the lockers are associated with)

3. Follow the instructions in the app to set up your profile.
(make sure to add a payment method)

4. Place your bag in an empty locker and lock it by entering a UNIQUE PIN (your choice) + pressing the ZEPHYR button.

5. In the CLEAN CLOUD APP, place a new order for pick up.​
Already a customer and would like an APP profile using your existing account?

1. Call the store and have your email address added to your profile.​

5. Follow the instructions in the app to set up your profile.

6. Place your bag in an empty locker and lock it by entering a UNIQUE PIN (your choice) + pressing the ZEPHYR button.

7. In the CLEAN CLOUD APP, place a new order for pick up.​

-Click the link to the app.
-Pick up your items from the new locker number provided.
-Open the locker with the new UNIQUE PIN provided.​​​

​LOCKER FAQS
What is the turnaround time?
​Most orders will take 3-5 days to complete, depending on when the order is picked up. Drivers will pick up & deliver after 2 pm.
If you need a Rush (next day), please send a message in the app requesting a Rush and wait for confirmation. Rush orders have a 30% fee added to them. ​
How do I pay?
All profiles will require a card payment to be added.
Payment will be collected once the order is entered into the system before processing.
If payments do not go through, the order will not be processed and will be returned to the lockers for pick up.​
What happens to orders not picked up once returned to the lockers?​
​All orders left in lockers after 10 Days will be transferred to the Homewood location for pickup by the customer. A delivery can be arranged for a fee.​
How should I place my order in the locker?​
​Please use a bag that can be secured (tied, zipped, etc.)
​
Place your name and phone number on or in your bag.
​
Strong Cleaners has laundry bags with name tags for sale. You can request them by sending a message and we will add them to your order.
​​​​​Are there extra charges?
​​There is a $20 Minimum order requirement.
Each order is charged a $4 Pickup & Delivery Fee.
